Lessons from an Old Friend

So, dealing with some crap lately and got to talk to such a good friend last night. She listened and said all the right things at all the right times (even if I didn't want to hear it). My favorite pearl of wisdom: "So you'll go to bed tonight and get up in the morning. Do what you have to do then go to bed and get up again. Do what you have to do then go to bed and get up again."
